Questions:
Q1) How do I order from your Catalogue?
Very simple! All you have to do is to go to the particular item
you want and carefully fill the order form in capital letters following
the instructions and submit to us the details.
Either you can take a printout with your letterhead or download
it if you click on Download
Q2) What is the difference of buying form the Zedds Retails store
and from the net?
Actually there is no difference as the prices are the same and the
courier/handling charges are borne by yourself (Customer), but you
may ask some one to pick it up form the store (If you have someone
in Mumbai)
Q3) What is the easiest mode of payment?
We recommend bankers draft, if the payment is to be done in rupees
in favor of Zedds Attire Pvt. Ltd
If the payment is done in Dollars, a telegraphic transfer in the
name of Dena Bank, Hamam House, Ambalal Doshi Marg, Share Bazar,
Fort, Mumbai - 400 023.

cc no. A/c 1070 with Dena bank Lalbug.
If you cannot send a telegraphic Transfer then a bankers draft
is also accepted in dollars in the favor of Zedds Attire Pvt. Ltd
Mumbai.
Q4) Do you accept payment by Credit Cards?
Sure, we do accept payment by credit cards such as American Express,
Visa, Master Card, but we advise you to personally follow up with
your credit card company so as to ensure immediate authorisation
of the payment prior to the shipment.
Your order cannot be processed till we receive the authorisation,
also please ensure you enclose for a photocopy of the front and
back of your credit card with all information clearly eligible,
to avoid this lengthy procedure we suggest bankers draft/ Telegraphic
transfer as the better mode of payment.

Q6) What about personal cheques will they be accepted
International personal cheques take at least 4 weeks to be cleared, local cheques
to take atleast 15 days to be cleared unless and until this is your last resort
we dont recommend this mode of payment as we will wait for the cheque to be
cleared and expedite your order.
Q7) What about Custom's Duty, Am I suppose to pay for it?
Yes! Most countries do not charge customs duty for personal garments, but if
need to be nominal custom's duty may be charged by the particular county of
Import and is bourne by the customer.
Q8) How long it will take for my order to be executed?
A maximum of 4 weeks is required from your cheque/clearing if it is a bankers/Draft
or telegraphic transfer then 4 weeks form the date we received it. If it is
a Credit card payment then Maximum 4 weeks from the time we receive the authorisation
from the respective company but mostly within 15 days we can despatch the order.
These 4 weeks are taken as a maximum period only because it is a custom made
order.
Q9) Can I gift it to someone?
Sure you can gift it to any one as longs as in the shipping address your write
down the person whom you want to gift it to.
So please include a greeting from your side and we will be happy to send it
from yourself.
Q10) Are the colours shown of the garments on the web site True?
Yes most of the times the colours are as shown but there is a chance (Very Minimum
2%) that some variation may arise but we strive to get the nearest shade.
Due to hand process you may get a slight variation. In any case prior to ordering
our customer attendant will gladly help you.
Q11) What about a little bit of changes in your style (Small ones?)
Yes! As we are manufactures a little bit of changes like make short sleeves
to long etc, can be done.
Increasing the size, increasing the Embroidery can also be done as per your
choice.
Please make a note of it in the (other Specification column) in the order form
and inform us about it.
Also verify from our personal customer assistance about it for further clarification.
Q12) Would the price increase then?
If the changes are very drastic it may increase, the confirmation can be done
with our assistant and then the order can be processed.
Q13) What about large size, do you accept the orders and would the price increase?
No, not if you don't require, but if the size is extraordinary large and the
embilishment/embroidery done increase's may be, it can be clarified with the
personal customer assistance through email/fax/phone.
Q14) What about accepting payments in dollars, do you accept them?
Yes we do accept payment in US Dollars. The bankers/Draft or Telegraphic transfer
should be made in the favor of Zedds Attire Pvt. Ltd Mumbai.The current
bank rate at the time of placing the order has to be taken into account and
you would have to divide the rupees with it. The nearest round figure is taken
into account; anyway that also can be clarified with our customer assistance.
Q15) Can I give my measurement by email?
Yes you can send it by email but we suggest you down load this measurement order
from (Even offline) and then send it to us (Fax/Email) You simply have to submit
it.
Q16) Do I have to send different measurement every time I place an order?
Yes you do because measurement varies according to the particular outfit chosen
to ensure your clothes fit perfect it is better to do so.
Q17) Do I have to worry about Shrinkage?
Pure silks and satins do not Shrink a few of the Rayon /Crepes/Georgettes have
a margin of 5% Shrinkage after washing, anyway most of the embilished/Embroidery
garments are recommended dry cleaning.
